What happens when the internet goes?
Billing stops until it is back. Every cloud pharmacy system has this weakness and most sites do not say so. If your connection drops daily, an offline desktop system may genuinely suit you better.
How many pharmacies use this today?
It is new. We are not going to print a number we do not have, and you will not find invented logos or star ratings anywhere on this site. Ask us where it is running and we will tell you exactly.
Is it approved by the drug authority?
No software is approved. What an inspection looks at is the register, and this keeps the Schedule H and H1 register as you sell.
Does it file my GST return?
No. It produces the summary from your own bills. Filing stays with whoever does it now.
Can I move from Marg or my current software?
Bring an export of medicines and current stock and we load it with you. Old bills stay in the old system.
Who owns my data?
You do. It exports whole, as files, on the day you ask.
What if I stop paying?
You drop to the free tier and keep reading everything. We do not lock a chemist out of their own stock record over an invoice.
Will you sell my sales data?
No. Not to a distributor, not to a pharmaceutical company, not in aggregate. It is a real business model in this market and it is not ours.
