Indian shop — invoiced by the Indian entity with GST at 18%. Your own sales carry the GST rate of each medicine, which is 5% or 12%.

About the money

Is there really a free tier?
Yes, and it is a real shop, not a demo — up to 300 bills a month with the expiry and Schedule H work included. A small shop can run on it indefinitely.
What happens after fourteen days?
Nothing is charged automatically, because no card was taken. You choose a tier or you drop to the free one.
Do you charge for support?
No. Support is in the price on every paid tier.
Can I get my data out if I leave?
Yes, whole, as files, on the day you ask. It is not a retention tactic we are willing to use.
